Amy Beth Jacobsen L.M.T. Appointment COVID-19 Procedures as of April 3, 2023:

Please be advised that there is no method to completely remove the risk of person-to-person spread of COVID-19 in a massage setting.
If you are having ANY cold-like symptoms, please reschedule for a time when your symptoms are gone.

As of April 3, 2023, you can choose to not wear a mask, regardless of your vaccination status. This is voluntary; if you wish to continue to wear a mask during your treatments, you are free to do so. (If you would like a mask, I will provide one to you.)


- I am asking that you wash your hands prior to your appointment. Hand sanitizer will always be available to you as well.

- Touchless payment options are available as well as payment by cash or checks.

- I have been fully vaccinated since February 7, 2021. I received a booster October 3, 2021, September 26, 2022 and October 10, 2023.

Policies:

I have reinstated my regular cancellation fee of $45 for missed or forgotten appointments, unless you are sick. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not feeling well for any reason, I understand and request that you please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.

If you are having any cold like symptoms, please reschedule for a time when your symptoms are gone. 14 days is preferred.
