Policies:

Masks are no longer required at my office. 
I will require that if you are having ANY cold like symptoms please reschedule for a time when your symptoms are gone.

48 hours advanced notice is required when canceling an appointment, or you will be charged a fee of $45. This will allow me the opportunity to get the appointment filled by someone else. (Discussion on a case by case basis when illness is the reason for cancellation.)These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not feeling well for any reason, I understand and request that you please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.

If you are having any cold like symptoms, please reschedule for a time when your symptoms are gone. 14 days is preferred. Also please wear a mask if you still have some left-over symptoms. I will have some on hand if you need one.

 Procedures:

 • Masks are no longer required. This is voluntary and you are welcome to wear a mask if you wish to.  

I follow all HIPPA guidelines.

• I am asking that you wash your hands prior to your appointment. Hand sanitizer will always be available to you as well.

• Touchless payment options are available as well as cash or checks.

These policies and procedures have been created using the guidelines for massage therapists by the Oregon Health Authority and the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards.
